Poolside – Do’s
- Take extra care with wet feet; the patio house floors will be VERY SLIPPERY.
- Use the PLASTIC drinks containers provided on the deck and around the pool.
- Please shower BEFORE getting into the pool. The outdoor shower is next to the pump house.
Poolside – Don’ts
- Put objects in the water inlet/outlet vents. It is very if a child tries to insert something, as their hand can be sucked in. It will also destroy the water purifying system permanently (as happened in 2023).
- Take any GLASS or METAL containers into the pool.
Kitchen
- Avoid leaving food items out on the work surface – it will attract ants, other insects and geckos.
Bedrooms
- Avoid leaving food in the room (even in packets) – it will attract ants, other insects, geckos and possibly small animals.
- To minimize electricity your electricity costs, turn A/C and/or fans off when leaving a room.
Keys – IMPORTANT
- Please take GREAT CARE of the keys as there is no possibility of copying the front door key. If you lose the front door key, you will be asked to PAY for a replacement lock which could be in excess of $150.
Noise
- The property is fortunate in being secluded but we have lovely neighbours close-by, so we ask that you keep noise to a moderate level, particularly in the evenings.

- Pets are not permitted
