Local Manager – Jay Jayakody
Jay has spent all of his adult life in the hospitality industry. He lives about 20 minutes away by car and along with his wife Thushara and son Leon. They maintain the property and look after our guests – you! He is highly practical and speaks English as well as Sinhala.
Jay spent 
11 years in Australia before returning to Sri Lanka to start a family. Whether you need a vehicle, tour, to know about restaurants, shopping, medical services or something for the house, Jay’s your man.

We are a British/Sri Lankan/Chinese family based in the UK and USA. We live in Sri Lanka for around 3 months a year and when we’re not there, we welcome you to experience delights of our house, pool and gardens . You won’t regret it, just read the reviews!
