We loved our stay in this home. The house is just the right size, the pool and huge private yard are refreshing.
We enjoyed listening to the birds as we sat in the open, vaulted living room. Like many beautiful Sri Lankan houses, the indoor and the outdoor blend- this includes seeing squirrels and some little bugs.
The AC in the bedroom works beautifully, and the huge fan in the common areas keeps the air moving. We appreciated that the grocery store is within walking distance and Uber and UberEats had no problem finding the house.
Jay is kind and easy to communicate with. The house is a family home, and it feels like one- it’s not perfect, but it’s great value for the money and very peaceful. We would love to stay here again.”

“My family with three kids stayed in this house and it was spacious enough for us in and out of the house. Kids played in the yard and in the pool. The pool is amazing – clean, warm, and lit at night.
We used it a lot and Jay was very attentive in cleaning and treating the water on time. My daughter had eczema and Jay was thoughtful in treating water based on her getting into water.
House had three rooms and we used two mostly. The rooms had fans and AC, so it was nice. One of my biggest worries was mosquitos and this house rarely had any – the best.
We didn’t feel the heat much as the common areas had high ceilings. It had an indoor garden and the kids loved it. I felt safe staying in the house and the neighbors I interacted with were very nice.
The yard is huge and had a variety of plants/trees that attracted different types of birds. We saw about 5-10 varieties.
Jay was an excellent communicator and always available. I highly recommend this place to anyone.”
