This modern 3-bedroom luxury villa incorporates the style of a traditional Sri Lankan house with vaulted ceilings and an indoor garden. The main living area is bright and airy with a traditional Sri Lankan interior garden. This is one of the few villas in Colombo with a private pool.
Inner Garden: The living room looks out onto the swimming pool, which is surrounded by tall tropical palms within a walled garden. The pool is great for a quick dip before breakfast and/or later when the day heats up. It provides complete privacy.
Outer Garden: The large outer garden has a variety of fruit trees such as Mango, Belli, Lemon, Pomegranate and Guava, planted to encourage birdlife. It also contains indigenous wood trees like Kumbuk, Satinwood, Ebony and of course a few banana plants. You’re welcome to take any ripe fruits from the garden.
